There is a continuum of animal consciousness (See Proof Animals have Souls cover illustration & series), throughout the entire animal kingdom, including human consciousness, as humans are animals and mammals. Inevitably, there must be universal post death survival throughout the entire animal kingdom. Therefore, it is impossible to arbitrarily dictate which organisms survive death and which do not, as there is a non-existent line of demarcation between us and other animals. Human animals choose to segregate themselves from our animal relatives, yet our persistent tails and gill slits in the human womb are a permanent reminder that we evolved from fish. Factually, all organisms are unanimously composed of energy that cannot be destroyed but transmutes in form at death. I regard this universal, immortal energy as our eternal, recognisable, individual consciousness, soul or spirit regardless of whether the physical body possesses 2 or more legs, flies or swims.
Individuals who live or work with animals, observe they dream, murmuring with limb movements. Research validates that even birds demonstrate REM dreaming sleep patterns, like other mammals, including humans.
